Confidentiality

Access to sensitive information is agreed with its owners. Where appropriate, this is formalized through a confidentiality agreement.

Transparency

We distinguish available information from matters that require review. Each interested party must undertake its own assessment of the asset.

A tailored approach

The commercial objective, asset type and stage of development determine the scope and steps of each engagement.

Before
we talk.

How can I submit a mining project?

Send us an overview, location, project stage and commercial objective. We avoid requesting sensitive information at first contact and subsequently agree on the information and conditions required to proceed.

What information is needed for an initial review?

Useful information includes the owner’s identity, asset location, a description of the mining concessions and available technical background. Required documentation depends on the nature of the project and the scope of the engagement.

How can I enquire about opportunities?

Please indicate the asset type, area of interest, development stage and form of participation you wish to explore. Availability and access to information are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How is confidential documentation handled?

Information sharing is agreed with the owner. Certain documents may require identification of the interested party, prior authorization and a confidentiality agreement before being shared.
